First-aid measures
Skin contact: remove contaminated clothing and flush affected areas with large amounts of clean water at least 15min. Seek immediate medical attention.
Eye contact: Lift the eyelid immediately, flush contaminated eye(s) with copious quantities of clean water or normal saline for
a minimum of 15 minutes. Seek immediate medical attention.
Inhalation: Get medical aid immediately. Remove from exposure to fresh air immediately. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen.
If breathing has ceased apply artificial respiration using oxygen and a suitable mechanical device such as a bag and a mask.
Ingestion: Garge with water,drink milk or egg white. Get medical aid immediately.
Fire-fighting measures
Moves the container to a spacious space as far as possible. Spraying of water to keep the container cool till the fire is put out. Evaculate from the fire if the color of the container changed or has the sound from the security decompression installment.
Extinguish mediate: anti-soluble foam, carbon dioxide, dry agent, sand clay
Accidental release measures
Evaculate the people quickly from Leaked contaminated areas to a safe area, isolated and set restrictions on access. Cut off the fire source. Recommend emergency personnel to wear self-support pressured breathing apparatus, wear anti-static clothing. Cut off the source of leakage as possible. Prevent the leakage flowing into the restricted space ,such as sewers, flood discharge trench .
For small quantity leakage, absorb leakage by sand clay, vermiculite or inert material, flush with latex with incombustibility dispersant.
For large quantity leakage, build up a bank or make a hole. Covered it with foam to reduce steam disaster.
Handling and storage
Hanling: Closed operation, full ventilation. Operators who are specially trained should strict be in compliance with operational procedures. Recommend operators to wear self-support filter respirators, wear anti-static overalls, wear rubber and oil-proof gloves. Keep away from fire, heat, forbid smoking. Use explosion proof ventilation systems and equipment. Prevent steam leakage into the air of workplace. Avoid contacting with oxidizers, acids, bases . Pack and unload the container lightly When carrying in case of damage. Equip With the appropriate types and quantities of fire equipments and emergency equipments for leakage. Empty containers may remain harmful residues.

Exposure controls / personal protection
Exposure control: Closed manufacturing process, full ventilate. Provide safe installations for shower and eye-cleaning.
Respiratory protection: wear self-support pressured breathing apparatus once contact with steam;
Eye protection: resporatory protection dose work for eye protection;
Body protection: wear anti-static overalls
Hand protection: wear oil-proof, rubber gloves;
Other protection: Forbid smoking in workplase. Take a shower and change clothes if finished the work. keep personal clean and healthy.
Stability and reactivity
Disposal considerations
Burn the waste without peroxid after concentrated should control the speed.
Burn the waste with peroxid after concentrated should in the open place with a safety margin.
