Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
Interpretation of results (migrated information): moderately soluble (100-1000 mg/L)
The solubility of TRAE in HPLC grade water at 20°C is: Concentration of TRAE = 384.8 ppm
Executive summary:

The water solubility of the substance was determined in accordance with OECD Guideline 105.

A suspension of TRAE, lot #Y-775, AA4525 in HPLC grade water was allowed to equilibrate with stirring at 20°C ± 0.5°C until the solution became saturated. Samples of the mixture were centrifuged to remove the excess solids from the solutions and were analyzed using High Performance Liquid Chromatography.

The solubility of TRAE in HPLC grade water at 20°C is:

Concentration of TRAE = 384.8 ppm

%COV = 7.46%.
