The substance contains no hydrolysable functional groups and is thus expected to be stable in water at environmental conditions.

The substance Reaction mass of 2-(3,4-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)succinic acid and 2-(4,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)succinic acid is considered to be hydrolytically stable in water at neutral and low pH. The molecule contains no hydrolysable functional groups. Therefore, hydrolysis is not considered to be a relevant pathway for this substance in the environment, and further testing on hydrolysis is not necessary.
