Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

A study was conducted to determine the vapour pressure of the test substance. A vapour pressure curve from 10 °C – 280 °C was recorded and the parameters of the Antoine equation were calculated. Using the Antoine equation the vapour pressure at 20 °C was calculated to be 5.33 hPa and at 50 °C the vapour pressure was calculated to be 29.83 hPa. Furthermore the GESTIS database reports the vapour pressure to be 5.2 hPa at 20 °C. The literature data support the experimental determined value. Thus, a 5.33 hPa was chosen as key value for chemicals safety assessment.
