Additional information

Short-term toxicity to fish: Key study: Test method OECD 203. GLP study: Based on the read-across approach from experimental data on the analogue isobornyl acetate, the 96h-LC50 was determined to be 10-18 mg/L in zebra fish.

Short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates: Key study: Test method EU method C2, OECD 202. GLP study: The 48h-EC50 was determined to be 14.85 mg/L in Daphnia magna in a static closed system.

Toxicity to aquatic algae: Key study. Test method EU Method C3, OECD 201. GLP study. The 72h-EC50 was determined to be 11.69 mg/L in algae (based on measured concentration and growth rate) in algae in a closed static system. The 72h-NOEC was 3.37 mg/L.

Toxicity to microorganisms: Key study: OECD 209. GLP study: The 3h-EC50 in activated sludge was determined to > 50 mg/L (basis for effect: respiration inhibition rate)
