Description of key information

FAT 93450/Z is a yellow coloured odourless powder. In tests conducted according to OECD guideline 102 and 103 by using Differential scanning calorimetry; the tests revealed no melting point and no boiling point up to 350 °C. The density of test substance was found to be 1.5473 g/cm³ at 20 °C. The mean particle size of the powder tested was found to L50D: 116.8 µm. This value also represents the MMAD. The partition coefficient n-octanol/water of the test item at 20 °C was found to be 3.38. The water solubility of the FAT 93450/Z at a temperature of 20 °C was found to be 1.29 mg/L. The surface tension was determined to be 71.874 mN/m. The determination of the vapour pressure and the flash point have been waived. No auto-ignition of the test item was detected up to a temperature of 550 °C and the test substance is regarded to be not highly flammable, non-explosive and does not harvest any oxidizing properties.
