Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

In the acute immobilization test with Daphnia magna (STRAUS) the effects of the limit concentration 100 mg/L of the test item were determined according to OECD 202 (2004). The limit test was conducted under static conditions over a period of 48 h. 20 test organisms each were exposed to the limit concentration and the control. The limit concentration and the control media after 0 h (new media) without daphnia were analytically verified via DOC analysis according to DIN EN 1484. All effect values are based on the nominal test item concentration. Water quality parameters such as pH and dissolved oxygen concentration, measured at 0 and 48 h were determined to be within acceptable limits. The validity criteria of the test guideline were fulfilled.

Based on the nominal test item concentration, the EC50 (48h) was greater than 100 mg/L and the NOEC (48h) was 100 mg/L.
