Abiotic degradation of Propanoic acid, 2-hydroxy-, C12-13-branched-alkyl esters is not a relevant pathway. Since the substance is not likely to be present in the atmosphere due to the low vapour pressure (< 5 Pa at 20 °C), indirect photodegradation in air is not to be expected as a relevant degradation pathway. The potential of the substance for hydrolysis is expected to be low (DT50≥18.99 d) and thus not a relevant route for degradation as well.
