Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Boiling point at 101 325 Pa:
237 °C

Additional information

The boiling point of the substance was determined according to EU Method A.2 (as defined in directive No. 92/69/EEC). From 237 °C the test item shows a boiling and/or thermal decomposition with evaporation: However, the nature of the test method does not allow to differentiate between boiling point and decomposition temperature, so it cannot be clearly determined whether the subsequent exothermal reaction is attributed to boiling or decomposing. Due to the high range of the temperature, a distinction is not necessarily relevant as it is not expected to occur during normal conditions of use.

A reliability rating of 1 was assigned to this study, according to the criteria of Klimisch, 1997 as the study was conducted in accordance with recognised guidelines and GLP.
