Description of key information

auto flammability: 315°C at 993-1012 hPa (EU Method A.15)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Autoflammability / Self-ignition temperature at 101 325 Pa:
315 °C

Additional information

The auto-ignition temperature of the substance was determined according to EU Method A.15 (as defined in regulation (EC) No. 440/2008) to be 315°C at 993-1012 hPa. The GLP guideline study was classified as reliable without restrictions. Since atmospheric pressure and relative humidity of the air are of minor effects on autoignition temperatures above 150°C, the results can be considered equal to the results determinable at 101.325 kPa and can be used for further risk assessment.
