Test procedure:
burning time (test type not further specified)
Remarks:
or specified in description of method (migrated information)
Burning time:
5 s
Pyrophoric solids
Test procedure:
ignition time on contact with air
Remarks:
Ignition on contact with air refers to either Pyrophoric solids or Pyrophoric liquids depending on physical state (migrated information).
Remarks on result:
no ignition on contact with air (not further specified)
Remarks:
corresponding to 'no' in migrated source record.
Pyrophoric liquids
Test procedure:

Remarks on result:
no ignition on contact with air (not further specified)
Remarks:
corresponding to 'no' in migrated source record.

Any other information on results incl. tables

The flame of a gas burner could ignite the test substance pile. The test substance melted, burned with a green flame and turned nacreous purple. After removal of the ignition source, the flame extinguished after maximum 5 seconds and propagation of combustion was not observed.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
non flammable
Remarks:
Migrated information
Conclusions:
Because no burning with flame or smouldering over 200 mm within 4 minutes was observed, the test substance is considered not highly flammable.
