Additional information

Hydrolysis

The compound is resitant to hydrolysis because it does not contain any labile functional groups.

Biodegradation in water

Results showed no biodegradation for the test substance in a modified sturm test. The biodegradation calculated as percentage of measured amount of carbondioxide over the theory was (i) 10.5 mg test substance/L = 4 % in 28 days and (ii) 23.3 mg test substance/L = 0 % in 28 days.

As a worst case assumption, the test substance is thus considered as not ready biodegradable.

Bioaccumulation: aquatic

The compound is not expected to significantly accumulate in organisms.

Adsorption/Desorption

Adsorption to solid soil phase is expected.
