- The performance of the OECD 210/ fish-early life stage toxicity test is in delay.
The ecotoxicology endpoint requested by ECHA was initially waived as the long term fish data did not appear to improve the safety of the substance as the exposure assessment showed no risk and the fish was not more sensitive then invertebrates for which long-term toxicity data are available. In the final decision of June 2020, ECHA requested the performance of the study.
The study started at hydrotox GmbH (Freiburg, Germany) on February 16th, 2022 and results will be available in May (please see attached statement of CRO).
The REACH dossier will be updated without undue delay once the main study will be finalized.
