Considering the screening procedure reported on section 10.3 of the UN Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods, Manual of Tests and Criteria, for the organic compounds, the classification procedure for the oxidizing substance need not be applied if the compound does not contain oxygen, fluorine or chlorine or the compound contain oxygen, fluorine or chlorine and these elementes are chemically bonded only to carbon or hydrogen.
