Young female Daphnia magna were exposed to the test substance at measured concentrations of 0.6, 1.26, 2.51, 4.97, and 10.5 mg a.s./L for 21 days in a semi-static test to assess reproductive output according to OECD Guideline 211. Reproduction was found to be the most sensitive biological parameter during the 21-day exposure. The NOEC and LOEC were 2.51 and 4.97 mg a.s./L, respectively. The MATC based on this endpoint was calculated to be 3.53 mg a.s./L.
