Principles of method if other than guideline:
The thermal characteristics were determined by conventional DSC (TA Instruments, Q10 with quench-cooling system) at a heating rate B = 10 K.min-1.

In the high temperature range various heat flow contributions often overlap. Hence, in this range temperature-modulated DSC was also conducted at B = 2 K.min-1 using an amplitude of 1°C and a period of 60s. Mass loss profiles were recorded by TGA (TA Instruments, Q50) at a heating rate of B = 2 or 10 K.min-1.

All the experiments were performed under nitrogen atmosphere.
