- Special hazards arising from the substance or mixture:

Carbon oxides

- Advice for fire fighter:

-Specific methods: Keep away the containers from fire area if it can be done without risk. Use appropriate extinguishing fire nearby. Cool the containers with water spray. Use spray or cloud water to damp down fumes if possible.

-Equipment special fire:Use a self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) and protective clothing resistant to chemicals. EN 943-2: Protective clothing against chemicals. EN 137: SCBA.

-Hazardous combustion products: Carbon oxides

Accidental release measures

- Personal precautions:

Use personal protective equipment. Sweep gently without raising dust and place in container for disposal and destruction to an authorized. Ensure adequate ventilation. Evacuate personnel to safe areas if necessary.

- Protective equipment and emergency procedures:

- Environmental precautions:

Prevent further leakage or spillage if safe to do. Do not let product enter drains. Discharge into the environment must be avoided.

- Methods and material for containment and cleaning up: Gently sweep without raising dust and place in container for disposal and destruction according to local regulations.

Handling and storage

- Precautions for safe handling:

Safety during product use: Only people with experience and proper training can handle the product. The substance must be handled in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety procedures. Do not breathe dust.

Safety when handling the container: Protect containers from physical damage; do not drag or drop them. Do not remove or deface labels provided to identify the container contents.

- Conditions for safe storage, including any incompatibilities:

Store in a well-ventilated place at room temperature (20-25 °C). Containers should be stored upright and secured to prevent falls.
