Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

The substance decomposes at initial temperature of 188 °C at 101.8 kPa (ASTM E537-07).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The value for decomposition temperature is taken from a study report. The value is different from the value obtained from the measurement of boiling point. Although two tests were performed in accordance with the same test guideline, the results are different because the test conditions - measuring range and the test program applied were different.
