Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Verschüttete Substanz aufnehmen (z.B. mit baumuster

geprüftem Industriestaubsauger) und als chemischer Abfall

entsorgen. Die Abfallbehälter gemäss der TRGS 201

kennzeichnen.

Die unter "Handhabung" aufgeführte persönliche

Schutzausrüstung tragen, um eine Exposition zu vermeiden.

Take up the substance (e.g. with suitable approved

vacuum cleaner) and remove it declarated as chemical waste.

Fill into propperly labelled containers.

Wear the required personal protection equipment (see

handling) to avoid exposure.

Handling and storage

Handling: Alle Arbeitsverfahren sind grundsätzlich so gestalten, dass

der Haut- und Augenkontakt mit dem Stoff ausgeschlossen ist.

Das Einatmen des Stoffes ist zu vermeiden.

Bei Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie bei Probenahmen sollten

geschlossene Vorrichtungen verwendet werden. Beim Umgang in

offenen Systemen sollten ggf. möglicher Staub bzw. mögliche

Dämpfe (HCl) unmittelbar am Entstehungsort abgesaugt werden.

Die abgesaugte Luft sollte nur nach ausreichender Reinigung

mit geprüften Geräten in den Arbeitsbereich zurückgeführt

werden. Wenn technische Absaug- oder Lüftungsmaßnahmen nicht

möglich oder unzureichend sind, sollte Atemschutz (z.B.

(umgebungsluftunabhängiges Atemschutzgerät) getragen

werden.

Auch wenn nur ein kurzzeitiger Hautkontakt möglich

ist, sind geprüfte säurebeständige Schutzhandschuhe (z.B.

aus Neopren) und geeignete Schutzkleidung (z.B.:::) zu

tragen. Ein sicherer Augenschutz (z.B. dichtschließende

Schutzbrille) ist unbedingt erforderlich.

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten

ausreichende Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen sowie

Augenbrausen bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig

gekennzeichnet werden. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die

betroffenen Körperstellen sofort möglichst vollständig

trocken abgewischt und dann erst gründlich mit

viel Wasser und Seife gereinigt werden. Kontaminierte

Kleidung ist sofort zu wechseln. Besondere Hautschutz- und

Hautpflegemaßnahmen werden empfohlen. Es ist ein

Hautschutzplan aufzustellen. Die Straßenkleidung sollte

getrennt von der Arbeitskleidung aufbewahrt werden.

All working procedures have to be organized in a manner that

the exposure by inhaling the substance and by contact with

skin and eyes is as low as possible.

By filling-, transfer-, metering and by sampling procedures

closed devices should be used and possible dust and vapours

(HCL) should be extracted directly at the point of origin.

The sucked off air should only be led back into the working

area after sufficient cleaning with proofed devices.

If technical extraction or ventilation systems are not

possible or insufficient, respiratory protection should be

worn.

In the case that skin contact is possible even for a short

time, proofed protective gloves and suitable protective

clothing should be worn.

A safe eye protection is absolutely necessary.

In direct vicinity of the working place sufficient washing

facilities and eye showers should be provided and be

labelled conspicuously.

After skin contact clean the contaminated body areas

immediately first dry and then thoroughly with soap and

plenty of water. Change contaminated closes immediately.

The lounge suit should be kept separately from the work

clothing.

Special skin protection- and skin care measurements are

recommended. A skin protection plan must be set up.

Storage: Die Substanz sollte an einem kühlen Ort in einem gut

belüfteten Raum gelagert werden.

Behälter vorschriftsmässig kennzeichnen und dicht

verschlossen halten sowie vor dem Herabfallen sichern.

Produktereste auf/an den Behältern vermeiden.
