All the acute toxicity studies with Daphnia magna available are agree to indicate that the tested substance is not acutely harmful to aquatic invertebrates.

The key value chosen for the short-term toxicity to aquatic invertebrates, on the basis of the common test procedures, is supported and confirmed by the EC50 greater than 1000 mg/l, reported into the BASF (1988) 24 hours study.
