Flammability derived from flash point (and boiling point). Based on chemical structure pyrophoric properties and flammability in contact with water are not predicted.
Justification for classification or non-classification
In the available studies is was found that DMAE must be moderately heated before ignition will occur.
Moreover, the available harmonised Classification and Labelling includes Flam. Liquid 3. As such classification is warranted according to the criteria of EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008:
