EU. Indicative OELVs, Directive 2019/1831/EU establishing a fifth list of IOELVs pursuant to Dir 98/24/EC and amending Dir 2000/39/EC, as corrected by OJ L 15 of 24 January 2022

This list is based on Council Directive 98/24/EC. EU member states are required to transpose this directive by 20 May 2021 at the latest. It establishes indicative occupational exposure limit values (OELVs) for nine chemical agents, and amends an existing one (i.e., cumene) established by an earlier directive (i.e., 2000/39/EC).
