Consists of a technical dossier and, when required, a Chemical Safety Report that manufacturers or importers of substances on their own or in preparations, or producers or importers of articles, will, in certain circumstances, have to provide to the European Chemicals Agency according to Articles 10, 11, 12, 17 and 18 of the REACH Regulation. |
